Divine Greetings to all beings from Maha Muni Valmiki Ashram, Mankulam, Idukki, Kerala, India.
Maha Muni Valmiki Ashram was set up by Surendra Swamy (P. K. Saseedran) as a unique centre of spirituality, surrounded by an eco-herbal garden spread over a beautiful, verdant, spice-rich hillock, nestled in the ever green Idukki hills and valleys, Kerala State, India.
The Ashram is intended to be eco-herbal spiritual centre open to all journeying in the spiritual route. We are not a run-of-the mill Ashram. Ours is a secular place, open to all kinds of spiritual ideas with honesty. We don’t sell spirituality. You can explore your own spiritual routes while in close contact with Mother Nature, on top of the beautiful spice-hill of our Ashram.
We are in the process of setting up the Ashram with various facilities at Maharshimala, and our own land near Kollur Mookambika Temple.
We seek your support to sustainably develop various facilities and to offer various humanitarian services and activities for protecting Mother Earth and Her unique diversities of beauty and reality.
How You Can Support:
1. You can be a supporter by donating any amount (> Rs. 500) and by supporting you become part of our community, and you can come stay with us as part of your spiritual journeys or holiday travels.
2. If you can and willing, you can donate for building a traditional style cottage ( <> Rs. 2, 00, 000) which you can do in 5 equal installments 0f Rs. 40, 000. This cottage will be available to you always whenever you want to spend time in our Ashram as part of your spiritual journey or spend your holidays calmly in the verdant hills and valleys of Idukki, Kerala. By donating to build a cottage, you become a patron of our Ashram.
3. We can plant your Star Tree (Tree representing you Astrologically) in our beautiful hillock, if you can donate us Rs. 2000/per tree/per person. We will look after the tree on your behalf. We will perform special poojas for the tree on your birth day as per ritual rules. By donating to plant yore star tree, you become part of our community and can come and stay with us whenever you want to spend time in spiritual journey or spend your holiday calmly. While at Ashram you can take care of your tree . Planting and caring your star tree will reduce your doshas in life (ill effects) while it contributes to the care of Mother Earth.
